Business Strategy Sessions

Whether you need a one-off injection of clarity, or some on-going accountability and advice as you implement your strategy, we’ll work with you to support your success and work together to design your way forward.

Business Strategy sessions are ideal for you if

you are a business owner of a service-based business;

your business has been operating for at least one year and is financially viable;

you are an action-taker and goal-getter;

you want to strategically design your business to profitably deliver the best results possible for your clients; and

you are ready to think critically about how you are operating and are willing to try new ideas and do things differently.

How the Business Strategy Session Works

You book your strategy session and you’ll answer a series of questions about the issue/s you want to explore during the session and provide us with some background about your business.

We’ll then meet you at the time you’ve selected on a ninety-minute Zoom video call to unpack your issues and opportunities, working with you to define a strategy to move you forward.

After the session, you’ll get to work implementing the strategies identified and we’ll send you a recording of the call to refer back to for all those ‘a-ha‘ moments.

Business Strategy Session Pricing

Each business strategy session is AU$350.
